We ran a prolink on the front of our ULTRA4 car for 3 years before upgrading to an Ultrahook. The Prolink is very practical and strong! Ours has been smashed on, dropped and drug through the rocks and dirt. Winched from it many times and when paired with a soft shackle it’s hard to beat!

Looks great, made from aircraft aluminum, hard to believe its as strong as they say it is because its incredibly lighter than I thought it would be. It cleans up the front of my fairlead; no more dangling hook attached to an adjacent D-Ring, just this nice looking shackle mount centered instead. I must add that the color I chose (green) is my favorite shade of green and the paint job is excellent. Its expensive but it gives you a more refined look on the front of your Jeep all the while maintaining the ruggedness. I’m deducting a star because I believe they should be selling these for a few bucks less.

If you have a winch then this is a must, it not only looks better than a hook but it performs better than one! They are a little pricey being aluminum, but then you get what you pay for.

This is a terrific shackle mount. I used to leave a bit of line unspooled so the winch hook to attach to the bumper. This eliminates the need for any line to be exposed and rattles from the winch hook. Jeep looks a bit like Rudolph, but I’ll take the trade off.
